Contractors

Contractors hired through the ITSMS system are setup on the ITSMS to charge time to authorized projects. You can expedite setup of your Contractors by emailing their contact information (email and phone) to supplier@gtasms.com as soon as possible after receiving the hire confirmation notice.

Supplier Personnel

There is a designated ITSMS contact at each supplier. This contact maintains a spreadsheet of supplier personnel and associated ITSMS system roles. Please contact your in-house ITSMS contact to add/change/delete personnel from the ITSMS system. They will update their spreadsheet and forward it to supplier@gtasms.com. Also, please forward any questions you have on this process to supplier@gtasms.com.
