The upgraded version of the ITSMS software has been installed and
is ready for use. All timesheets and invoicing activity will occur
in the upgraded version, 4.0. All jobs posted after July 1st, 2005
will also be in the upgraded system.

Jobs that were posted prior to July 1st, 2005 will be filled in the
pre-existing system and the candidates will be on boarded in the upgraded
system accessed through the link provided above.
Hiring Managers; jobs posted prior to July 1st, 2005 will need to
be completed in the pre-existing system including interview / hiring
requests.
Recruiters seeking to submit, edit or withdraw candidates on jobs
posted prior to July 1st, 2005 will also use the pre-existing system
through the link provided below.
